James Dewar helps people experience real, measurable shifts in clarity, awareness, and wellbeing.

Many people come to him feeling overwhelmed, emotionally heavy, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break—whether in relationships, work, or their inner life.

Through a combination of conversation, intuitive insight, and practical awareness techniques, something begins to change—often quickly.

Most people leave their first session saying the same thing:

“I feel lighter… and clear.”

James has spent more than two decades studying how the mind, body, and awareness actually work—not just in theory, but in lived experience.

He holds a degree in psychology from Kenyon College and began studying yoga and meditation in the early 2000s under the guidance of Yogi Amrit Desai. Since then, he has taught thousands of students and worked in high-stress environments, including first-response settings where emotional regulation and presence are essential.

Over time, James recognized something important:

Insight alone doesn’t create change.
Real transformation happens when awareness becomes something you can feel and access in the body.

This understanding led to the development of Bliss Beat—a practical, experience-based approach that integrates awareness, embodiment, intuitive perception, and simple, repeatable tools.

The goal isn’t temporary relief.
It’s a shift in how you experience yourself and your life.

James’s work bridges spirituality and everyday living.

It’s not about escaping reality or adopting beliefs.
It’s about becoming more present, more steady, and more aligned with what’s actually true for you.
